An inquiry alone does not hold or reserve your date. A 50% deposit is required to secure your confirmed booking; the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Events booked within 7 days require payment in full.

Requests made 14 calendar days or fewer before the event are subject to a $150 rush fee and availability.

Mileage applies to every event. An event assistant is required for events with 31 or more guests and adds $120.

Travel, premium setup, extended service, customization, rush bookings, and other event-specific fees will be included in your personalized quote. Your full event total, including applicable fees and tax, is shared before you confirm.
